A Little Bit About the Way Peggy's Pinecones Does Business

Welcome to Peggy’s Pinecones – California’s Premier supplier of one of natures most treasured gifts, the California Pinecones. Our cones are collected in the sun-streaked forests of Northern California – Lassen, Shasta, Trinity and Plumas National Forests. We take extraordinary care in providing our customers with products that are unsurpassed in quality and superiority. We strive to gather only perfect cones. Each cone is hand cleaned to remove dirt, debris, etc. When you receive your order for our cones they will be ready for you to use and begin working with.

For ecologically sound reasons we gather only “spent” cones found under the trees. NONE are ever picked or knocked off the trees. Our supply depends on high winds that send them to the ground.

We use natural, recycled products in our preparation and packing, i.e., essential oils for our Scented Cones and Liquid Fragrance, raffia to tie bags, shredded, recycled paper and recycled boxes for shipping.
